Default 1970 monte carlo, need help

Missing a part on the passenger side right between the spark plugs. Not sure of the name, I know the part has a hose that goes up to the breather.

I think its called the heat riser, it warms up the intake air on cold start ups

It may be the heat stove shield, which works in conjunction with the heat riser, which is a spring operated flap door that is located within the right side exhaust manifold. The heat stove shield covers the manifold and gains heat which is delivered to the carburetor by a "semi flexible" tube / hose which is about the only thing I know of to be located in that area.
