Default 07 ss fogs

Is there a way to make the fog lights brighter? Most cars have fairly bright fog lights and these don't do anything. Is there anything to make them brighter?

I looked into this when painting my front bumper cover, looks like there's a deflector inside causing the light to bend a bit. I agree there's not a whole lot of light coming from these fogs, but didn't have the time to open them up and tinker with them. I purchased new ones for cheap money so maybe i can work on the old ones some day. I just swapped in some HID lights for now and they do emit for light.

HIDs are going to be the brightest you can go... if those weren't that bright you probably have them aimed incorrectly.
