Default 07 monte carlo wont start but ac fan will come on and go back off every 5 to 10 min
I have a 07 monte carlo car wont Start lights power windows and locks all work just not starting the ac fan keeps coming on and off every 5-10 min even without the key in the ingition

Does the engine crank but not turn over? Or not crank at all?
