so I did a trannys swap and somewhere along the way to getting her in 1 piece I messed up. When the tear down occurred I was throwing no codes-no problems aside from shifting issue. Now I've got a p0335 code, a really rough start, and a service battery charging system notice on the dash. I'm also not reading any RPMs. What could cause this and where should I start going about fixing these problems so I can get her back on the road where she belongs. I do run two 12" subs off a 1,600 watt amp that may have strained the big three but she was fine before, no significant changes that I can thing of ?!?
