04 Monte, Not getting A/C or Heat?????

04 Monte, Not getting A/C or Heat?????
Hey, New to this. Hopefully someone can help.
I have an 04 Monte 3.4. I am not getting any blowing from A/C or heater. Replaced the blower motor, that didnt work, and i am getting power from the plugs. Next i think i will try and replace the resistor, but i had heard, that even if the resistor is bad you still get the highest speed..
Can anyone help me?
