Well got it all taken apart...got the lower intake manifold all cleaned up and set and torqued down to spec. It wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be. The worst part was removing the damn thing. The passenger side motor mount? got in the way once i figured that out i just disassembled it. I'm pretty sure the po attempted this job before because the bolts to the motor mount were pretty stripped. Atleast i'm well versed in removing messed up bolts thank you old rusty jeep.
