Default 03 SS Tranny cooler

Tranny fluid started leaking at bottom fitting on new radiator, drips out where the line goes into the fitting so it's a weak seal. It not coming out the threads of the fitting itself. I found a fitting with a ball check valve but don't know which direction the flow goes - which is inlet and which is outlet? Anyone know? Does the fluid flow from bottom fitting up or top fitting down? Thanks for any help!

Hello I would venture to say the top line is the 'In" line and the cooled transmission fluid exits at the bottom of the radiator back into the transmission. Thats how the radiator coolant flows, hot coolant enters the top and passes through all the fins and exits at the bottom cooled. So it would only make sense the tranny fluid would be the same. Anyone else??

Thanks, makes sense but if I put the check valve in the wrong hole I'm going to be in trouble. Lets see if anyone knows from having tested it. Thanks!
