03 HVAC fan/control door problem?
I think this is just a door sticking or something, my Heat and AC work fine and the fan motor is new. When I have climate controls set to cool temp the air blows strong from the vents - its great. Problem is when I turn temp control from cool to hot, the air blowing from the vents slows to a trickle. The air is hot, the fan doesn't sound any different, there's just hardly anything blowing out. Can anyone point me to where to look? I searched hundreds of posts here but not one like mine came up. There's a lot under that dash and I don't want to just start pulling stuff out if I can narrow down where the problem door or actuator might be. Thanks in advance for any help.

If memory serves me correctly...
You can access them via the passenger side of the vehicle.... You have to remove the glove box etc... and can access it from the Heater/AC assy.

Definitely something inside the box, I'm guessing its the famous blend door. I saw all the actuators and they all move but the two electrical actuators on either side of the assembly for the blend doors must not be completely opening the doors even though they rotate almost 180, or something inside must be blocking the airflow. I replaced a heater core on a 98 Z34 and I don't want to go through anything like that again. Maybe I'll just live with it.
