I tore all the lower dash peices off on the drivers side and i think i found it, but it seems to hard to be all the way up in where i cant get my fingers or tools around the bolts, etc.

It looks like its the location from the electric hvac system pics i have found but mine is pneumatic and i have that control air housing in the way as well as the 2 wiring harness plugs.
Is there something else im missing?
