Opinion Needed: 01 Monte SS can't figure what's wrong,need some help PLEASE!!
Cleaning the MAF won't work if the MAF is failing. It may not even set a CEL when failing. I've seen it happen. Could also be the coolant temp sensor or thermostat (probably not, but still a possible culprit). It could also be the ignition control module (or wiring harness, as mentioned), or the crankshaft position sensor.
