Ok i've been having this problem for awhile now that the engine hesitates to go when the AC is turned on from a dead stop Now I know this isnt normal because ive owned alot of cars that didnt do this and Im pratciticly beating my head against the wall with this problem to try and fix it any ideas?

Parts replaced :
MAP sensor
O2 bank 1 sensor
Crankshaft POS
Plugs wires and coil packs all three
IAC and TPS
air cleaner
Fuel pump and sending unit
Exhaust CAT
oil pressure sensor
Belt
Tentioner
Coolant elbows
Intake gasket
Resonator
cooling fan assy
Radiator

If anyone can shed some light on this I would love it
