Just as the title says. I am likely to attend as a spectator.

 

I have going to the GM Nationals for +/- 10 years now. And always with my blue/silver 2004 Monte. I will be there (but I am often elsewhere at the event and rarely with my car).

Not sure the condition of your Monte, but if your Monte is presentable, shine it up and register to be on the show field!

I should have asked what hotel everyone is staying at? I know late makes it hard to find good options.

 

These days I have been staying at the Sleep Inn on Garland Road (right next to Cracker Barrel). It is close to the fair grounds, parking that doesn't see too tight and a pool open late.

 

I am loading up the car soon and hitting the road for Carlisle. Thursday is a 4-5 hour drive, goal is to make it safely into town. Friday morning, hit the showfield and clean up the car. Saturday is the main event! Looking forward to a great time!

 

I splurged on the hotel, plan to leave by 7 in the morning, wash the car at the hotel and be on grounds by lunch time.
