Monte Carlo Nationals 2010
i talked to ryan the other day & he will probably come with me & I may see if my b/f wants to come too. The more people that are with me that I know & that I can split the price of everything with, the more likely my rents will let me go lol. I just mapquested it & it's roughly 5 to 6 hours away from my house which is bout 350 miles i think
cool brittany I hope you can make it out! it is still on my list of things to hopefully do. I'll be traveling alone though, hopefully things will fall into place and I'll be there....
That would be sweet! Yes im bringing my gf and my parents just to get away from here for once lol. its about a 7.5-8 hour drive for me if everything goes right with the car and trailer..... but I cant wait! its coming up so fast!
lucky! i wont have a trailer =( i'm gonna have to clay bar & get her all detailed up before i come & then run her through a car wash or find a hose hookup someplace to wash her off when i get there. thats gonna be a hugeee pain in the butt!
Well if you need any cleaning supplies, im bringing my whole box with me so..... ya I should be there around 8 ish am cuz were leaving here around midnight the night before so we dont have to travel through chicago during peak hours with a 20' trailer behind us lol
kk thanks! i'll probably be bringing a lot of my stuff with me too but i'll msot def keep u in mind if i need anything =) ohh man idk what time we would leave yet. We haven't gone into details yet lol We'd probably leave Thursday night if we have the extra money for an extra night at the hotel bcuz I'm the only one driving so I'll have to drive the whole way through
Ya its going to be a hell of a drive for both of us but I think it will be well worth it! You said you used a clay bar on yours.... is there a drastic difference after using it??
If you've got a 2000 and it's never been clayed it could make a HUGE difference. Next time you wash your car after it's nice and dry lightly run your fingertips across the paint (heard some advise to put a plastic sandwich bag on your hand) you will more then likely feel a whole lot of (lack of a better term) "grains" on the surface, all that crud will keep the paint from reflecting like you want it to. Some people will clay a car at least once a year. So if it's been 10 years for your car, it's more then likely due.
