Join Michigan Monte Carlo Club for our 8th Annual Spring Meet in Charlotte, Michigan! You do NOT need to be a Club member to participate! We welcome all Monte Carlo owners and all generations of Monte Carlo from 1970 to 2007! Great opportunity to meet other Monte enthusiasts and see their cars! Games, prizes, dash plaques (first 20 registered) and awards. The Event is located at the rear pavilion in Bennett Park, just south of the Eaton Co. Fairgrounds. Registration is $5 per car and is required to participate. For questions, or to request a registration form, please contact us. No refunds. Register by mail, online or at the event:

Great, good to hear! Looking forward to it up here as well! If everything works out, I would not be surprised to see a turnout of 30+ Montes this spring.

 

Just 8 days away. Currently 20 Montes registered. For those planning to attend, please read the event schedule and guidelines below for what to expect on Meet day. Get there early, voting starts at 10:00 am! Thanks!

Meet Schedule:
9:00 am to Noon - Check-in & registration
10:00 am to 1:30 pm - Montes on display and voting
1:30 pm to 2:00 pm - Awards & prizes ceremony

Meet Guidelines:
Start and arrival - The Meet starts at 9:00 am but Bennett Park opens at 8:00 am so feel free to arrive early.
Food - We are doing our usual pot-luck style lunch so please bring a dish, drinks, etc. to share. Not required but appreciated! No alcohol please.
Club t-shirts - I will have our 2-sided Club t-shirts for sale for $20 ea. Our current stock is the following: white L (3), black L (8) XL (2), gray L (4) XL (4) and burgundy L (4) XL (4).
Trailering - If you are trailering, please park your truck/trailer in the empty building lot directly across Cochran Ave. from the Bennett Park entrance (see map attached).
Park entrance and where to go - Enter the Park at the driveway under the green ‘Bennett Park’ sign (500 ft. south of Eaton Co. Fairground entrance). We will be located straight back in the large rear parking lot (see map attached).
Parking - Upon your arrival, please back into any empty space and try to keep the car's front ends in line. Fill spaces to the right bordering the rear pavilion first.
Check-in - If you are pre-registered, stop at the check-in and pick up your window placard, voting ballot, dash plaque, etc. Check-in ends at Noon. Late arrivals after Noon are permitted to display but will not be eligible for awards or prizes.
Registration - If you need to register, stop and do so at the check-in to receive your window placard, voting ballot, dash plaque, etc. Please remember that dash plaques are to first 20 registered.
Window placard - Fill out and display your window placard asap on the dashboard or windshield so it’s easily visible.
Voting - Participants vote for their favorite Montes. The voting period is 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. Please have your completed voting ballot submitted to the red coffee container by 1:30 pm.
Early departures - Leaving early is permitted but please be aware that, by doing so, you forfeit awards and prizes.
