Exactly 3 more weeks!

I have rolled 35 miles on the Monte so far this year. Looking forward to getting the beast out on a longer cruise.

 

Me and both wives plan on being there lol (my Monte and Amanda)

 

Looking forward to the ride out in a few weeks. I got most of my projects done too!

With 2 weeks to go....before the meet....
I have a lot of detailing yet to do... I should be able to lay down a coat of wax on it by next week....Finally...

Unfortunately ...
I have to take it back to the shop on Monday.. Seems it needs a little paint "correction"
As I was going over it in the sunlight the other day...
I found some what looked like dirt on/in the clear cote... as well as it looks like they didn't finish rubbing it out in one area...
It should be no biggie... hopefully they wont have to reshoot it!

I did take it to him yesterday and pointed out where the paint correction is needed... He obviously sounded like it will be no problem as far as getting it back in the shop and taking care of the corrections...

 

With just 2 weeks to go,
I think its a perfect time to hear who's bringing what to the Meet for the Pot Luck Lunch... mentioned in post #1.
That way if theres something else that is needed we will know if we have enough for everyone etc..

I'm hoping our weather improves. I have the wheels back on my Monte, fresh oil change, but I have not put it back to normal insurance coverage because the weather is just rainy and crappy

I wish I could go but getting The Black Rose ready for her visit to NJ at end of month. Trying to make it to W-Body gathering in Michigan in June tho if I can come up with some fast cash.
