Sounds like a great idea, 2 hours and 15 minutes from me in Warren.

 

I would really like to meet up for this. It's either this or the Monte Nats which would be awesome, but the $$ are kinda tight. Wayne (RocknSS04) I thought you could have the meet at your place......

 

Snap! Sounds like a straight shot from Gas City (where Mom's family lives). Not that it would do me any good unless it was during my vacation shutdown during the summer (week of July 4th) but I may be deployed by then anyway so that would be moot point.

 

If I came out all the way from Pittsburgh, Pa I would most likely need an overnight stay somewhere? Are there any hotels out around for members traveling? Also, what about setting it up like the Monte Nats does and have the show at a hotel location out your way? Just a thought....

 

I'd tag along with you from Pittsburgh, but I'll probably be working again by then and not able to take enough time off. We'll see though.

Darn, I was hoping there actually was someone near me. You're on the other side of Michigan from me (over 3 hours away from me). I live in Shelby 49455 on the west side of the state. People get confused by it all the time though because in Michigan there's a Shelby, Shelbyville, and Shelby Township. It sucks when people realize that they went to the wrong Shelby (seen that before).

On another note, I think I might be able to make this even without a drag strip. I'm all up for going to a pizza place. It will all depend on when we do this if I can go or not.

 

Lot's of places to stay well within a half an hour, like in Marshall. I'm sure I can get arrangements made if someone was interested.
Give me a few days to firm up some things. I got a busy couple of days ahead, including a major job interview Wednesday afternoon at Denso.

I have a couple of other ideas, also. Looks like this will happen.
