Hot August Nights in Las Vegas
I might be attending this Friday. Going to take Jonny.
Friday-Sunday, August 20th - 22nd, 2010 "Hot August Nights in Las Vegas".
We are holding a three day car show event at Town Square Center, South Parking lot. It will be a Music/car show with vendors etc. We are looking for car show participants. The car show is for the whole three days. Friday will be the day to park the cars in their spots from 7:00am til one hour before opening which will be at 4:00pm. Saturday and Sunday 11:00am - 11:00pm. If you bring your car back the next day, you must arrive at 7:00am to give ample time for setup before the doors open.
There will be all types of cars for the three days. Mostly exotic and classic cars will make up the criteria. We would prefer to have the vehicles remain the whole time as there is great security on the premises at all times. We will also have security inside the perimeter of the event during operational hours. The whole area will be fenced. You may leave the event with the vehicles when the doors close each night. Your spot is yours through the duration of the event. If a club wants to be grouped together we suggest that they show up at the same time as it will be first come first serve for placement in the event and that spot will remain yours through the duration of the event.
They will be placed at the north side of the south parking lot directly across the street from Eleven Spa to about the half way mark. We are planning for approximately 200 cars. You may bring shade tents and easy ups, in fact we advise it. You may bring folding chairs as well. There will be trophies or plaques given to the best top three of each of the six catagories listed in the vehicle registration form on the website.
