I will be dropping my wife off at the DTW airport at 6-7am and then I will meet you guys Tim Hortons at 8am. Keep in mind, in no way do I have a show car finish but I think it would be fun to meet you guys and hang out a car show.... so count me in

 

Sounds good! Do you plan on getting the car onto the show field? I ask because I'm almost certain to enter the show field the car has to be registered for the show, which is $15 the day of. I could be wrong. Otherwise, you'll probably have to park across the street at Busch's or nearby. Just something to think about.

We'll try to do a small photoshoot of the Montes before or after depending on what people's schedules are. I can't hang around for too long after.

 

Everyone is entering their car and parking next to each other, correct? If so I will too.

 

As far as I know, yes, we're all entering. Can always decide in the morning.

It is my daily driver and I moved to the country 2 years ago, so the paint has taken a beating ever since. Have a couple 100 little stone chips on bumper, hood and front fenders. I will wash the car and it will be dusty by the time I get to work. I use to do a full detail twice a year on it (cleaner, 3 polish coats and wax coat), but now it's just kind of a bummer to do it.

Anyways its 15 bucks that goes toward funding the car show, so I am more than fine with that. Plus I get to meet some fellow MCF members. I cleaned the inside of the Monte yesterday and tonight I will work on the body, SS Exhaust and wheels.

 

Maybe I will bring an umbrella.. Incase theres no shade...
