I'll go out on a limb and say, St. Mary's County, MD near the Chesapeake Bay area?

I know Jose (Jomao) and Bambi with the Earnhardt Jr Monte live near there and they have wanted to get a meet together, this would maybe be a great place for them?...

Correct, it is in St. Mary's County,Leonardtown MD. It will be located at the fairgrounds off of MD Rt 5. I agree it would be a great gathering place.
