** JUNE 25-27, 2010 ... to RICHMOND IN **

I'll leave Thursday evening, June 24, or early Friday morning, June 25 ... to be in Richmond IN by late afternoon/early evening Friday, June 25.


To avoid the major road construction projects on most of the Chicagoland "expressways", I'll take one of these routes:

IL RT 47 S to SR 24 E to I-65 S, then around Indianapolis to I-70 E
...OR...
IL RT 47 S (or I-39 S) to I-74 E into Indianapolis, then around Indianapolis to I-70 E.


I'll be in Richmond IN from Friday afternoon/evening until after lunch on Sunday, returning home Sunday afternoon/evening....


If anyone is interested in meeting up along the way or convoying back'n'forth to the MC Nationals, let me know....

** NOR'EASTER TREK, AUGUST 2010 **

I have an opportunity to travel Route 66 (Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California) again this year ... and I may take it. If I do, this August trip would be canceled.

HOWEVER ... right NOW ... I'm STILL geared up to travel to Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania ... so, if you are planning to meet up along my road trip path, let me know ... and DO NOT change your plans!!!

I'll post more details in July....

I will most-likely leave early Friday morning, June 25 ... to be in Richmond late afternoon, where I'll be until after lunch Sunday, June 27, returning home that afternoon/evening.

It was awesome seeing old friends and meeting new ones...and the Monte Carlos weren't bad either! My 1979 Caprice Classic ran just fine the entire trip.
