Had our 4th Meet & Greet earlier today. Four of us Michiganders and Jason (The_Maniac) made the trip up from Ohio for the first time; actually our first Meet attendee from Ohio. No rain on the radar but, go figure, Dave and myself drove through a few brief showers on the way to the Meet, and Jason hit rain on the way up also, so pardon our "dirty" cars. It did clear up and turn out to be a nice day. Bit of a disappointing turnout, considering the 11 we had at the spring Meet earlier this year, but we had a good time. Those who couldn't make it were missed and we thank those of you that informed us in some way that you would not be making it; we appreciate the heads up! Look forward to seeing everyone in the spring! If you weren't able to make it, here's my pictures. Thanks for looking!

Jason (The_Maniac), nice meeting you today. Good to see everyone else again.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We are considering holding another "mini meet" in the next month or so. That comes as Matt (Slugger088) was unable to make our Meet last minute yesterday but informed me that he would be willing to make the drive out if we planned another one soon. Honestly I'm thinking a SE Michigan location if we do go with another one. So, to all, keep that in mind and we shall discuss; information to come later.

Great pics Matt, the new engine cover really looks nice. Everyone's car looks clean to me.

Again, really disappointed I could not make it. I tried but Mother Nature was messing with me.

If anybody does want to do a last minute meet before people start putting their cars away that would be great. I will be coming out to Michigan for a car show on Saturday the 28th but if you guys want to organize something in addition to that lets figure it out.

It's already almost October. Wow.

 

Matt, I guess the question is are you up to driving out to Michigan two times within a month or so? I thought you'd do the one trip but, if you want to do two, we can try to plan a small Meet in October sometime. I was thinking SE Michigan this time so we wouldn't be driving another 1.5 hours to our usual Meet location. We can discuss at the show this Saturday.
