Welcome Heidi. Sometimes the email does not make it (not sure if it is the provider or a typo in the email account or what). But from what I can tell, your account looks good. You will get full member status once you have been a member for 5 days and have 10 posts. (and the next time the site does maintenance after you meet those requirements).
