I didn't look too much into it but I'm guessign they're under car? The newer Cougars have blinkers on the fenders if I remmeber right and you can always see them good at night I just think it'd be annoying to wax around and probably looks lame up close lol

It would be like underglow, so it's not on the side it's underneath your car

Kinda figured that which is cool but would be all illegal here cant have any colors under your car resembling officals vehicles and then they went and ruine dit more by just making it all illegal while on the road.

Yeah no official colours allowed on our cars either here. That's one reason I think I'm going to go with orange accents on my monte

They are cool but I think they would be illegal in Mi too. You cant have any lights on under the vehicle while it's in motion.

They're legal here - you can have any color lights on your vehicle provided you cannot see the light source. Even blue or red lights in the grill are legal provided they are steady burns.

That's good to know,
However, I feel that you can purchase a LED's (single or strip) and with a little knowledge and voila!
