It looks like it has a "does this fit" option select your vehicle, and it'll show you the products that do fit.

it asks do i have a amp mounted under the stock with no on start
amp mounted without on star
or no onstar

I have onstar but dont use it but how can i tell if i have a amp mounted or not?

Open your trunk, look in between the 2 rear speakers, if you see an amp, you have one.

I figured that's what it was but it said being the radio or what ever didn't make sense to me.
