yes sure thats the slickest alam ive ever seen. do you know if the make an app for smart phones for that? and is there a place that sells the bypass or did you get lucky finding one for the low?

Very nice set up Rell.
I had not seen that thread, it looks very cool.
And for a flip in dash if does fit perfectly.
The one i was thinking about was a pioneer set up that had a bluetooth device i believe that the member placed in the left corner of the windshield, but yours looks great too!

Two questions. 1. What is the XR01 bypass for? 2. (This might be a stupid question) Is it installed on a Monte Carlo and what year? Only reason I ask is I have been looking to install either the 5901 or 5902 and I was going to purchase it off Ebay.

I used the xr01 4 my 2004 chevy Monte Carlo

I know I am kinda beating a dead horse here lol but....

What is the XR01 I googled it and searched all over the internet for it and couldn't find anything. I just called the local shop to see how much they would charge to put in a Viper 5901 and he quoted me -$249 Install and -$140 for the bypass!!! I almost dropped the phone! I would like to try and get the bypass for cheaper.

they over charge 4 the bypass I got mines 4 $29.99 on eBay I think ur gonna need a relay switch i don't know da puchase 4 a relay but luckly my installer had sum left over used relays he was about 2 trash so he didn't charge me for em but they installion maybe pricy cuz it's gonna take 6-7hours 2 install
