I bought a 2004 monte carlo ss from toyota of cleveland in mcdonald tn. They took me majorly. Im a disabled vet and cant do much didnt tellfor myself. Thete is many probs that wetrnt noticable and they sure didnt tell me. When i turn the engine off the sunroof comes up. They kept it 4 days and said they couldnt fix it. But tjey did do something that now want let my top comsole work. Like mpg temp etc. But my sunroof came up after i turned car off and want go back down. They eded talked about taling fuse out but i replacef a missing fuse and still nothing happens. Nale was madeo sunroof doing anhtbing and no ligjts to to console. Im at wits end. They said tjey would fix it then said tjey couldnt after the sale was made. I need help. Al smith 4232274481

 

It could be that the technician they have that worked on it is not familiar with the GM sunroof.
The problem with the console could be just a pinched wire or they replugged the wire in the wrong spot.
If you are comfortable with the repairs your self in this link there is a technical manual.
There are several Youtube videos to help you repair some of the issues or at least you car familiar with what could be wrong.
