So I replaced my rear deck speakers with Pioneer 6x9s on my '04 Monte SS a few months back. I was also installing a line out converter from them for subs in the trunk. Everything has worked fine the last few months up until recently the subs sound like they're getting signal put to them (they'll rumble a bit) even when I have the factory radio volume turned all the way down. I'm wondering if maybe the 6x9s got blown since the subs are tied into them. Does anyone know the wattage of that little factory amp in the trunk in case I had put in speakers that weren't good enough?
