it's best to build your own kick pannels, it's not as hard as you think, just need some bondo, fiberglass, spray paint, and some genral sanding tools. along with some general house hold items, like plastic putty knifes, tin foil, utility knife. google sub box, and kick panel fiberglass fabrication.
heres a site that'll give you an idea of the fiberglass process.

it's for a sub box, but it gives you an idea on the process used for the molding. it's the same exact concept, but instead of a 12" driver your useing 6.5" drivers and maybe some 1"-2" drivers.

My uncle has kicker panels in his '85 SS that have speakers in them, I think they are either 4.5" or 6.5" speakers. I asked him where he got the moldings and he said he custom fabricated them him self. I was wondering if anyone here knows a company that makes them and where I can buy them.
The mold you can get the kick OEM, used wax and fiberglass, I made the kick of my Sentra, here you share some pictures.
