smoke foglights???

Default smoke foglights???
i just saw these on ebay and wondered if anyone knew how well they fit and if i could just add a rocker switch instead of whatever kind is supplied.

ps i have a buddy thats an ex audio installer that will help with the process, just wondered if they were legit. there only 62 plus 20 for shipping. plus bulbs.
