I think your best bet would be a junkyard. Not really a common thing to break on these cars so chances are you can find a good functioning one in the JY. Just be sure to clean it with some penetrating oil and then grease it before installing it.

I also think a local wrecking yard would be your quickest solution. You also may want to check out GM Parts Direct:

I have purchased a couple of replacement parts from them in the past. It does take them awhile to process/ship your order, but their inventory is quite extensive and (on the parts I ordered) the prices were lower than the dealership.
