Thanks for the compliment...... The swap out ws very very easy. Used the existing bolt holes with custom made plate metal retaining bracket. Easy cheesy 2" wide 1'4 thick piece of metal with a tang welded on, to clip onto the rear of the Sparco seat rail. Drilled a couple of holes in such a way as to use the factory seat anchors. Removed the front clips off my OEM seats and mounted them to the Sparco seat base so they would slip right into the factory seat mounting slots. About 3 hours and it was done. As an unforseen bonus this actually gave about 5 additional inches of headroom which I love. Before if I had on a baseball cap it was always rubbing on the headliner. Now I ride low and settled in......... Take care...

Hello everyone, appreciate the positive vibes. It is a pretty big change to do and you do hope to get it right. Now that I have had them in for a day and was out cruising and getting used to looking at them, I really feel pleased with the direction I went. The old red Sparco seats were what they were and served me well, yet this new style I feel really upgraded the feel of the Monte to a higher end cars atmosphere. Feels classy now, not so hot doggy. Anyway I have both seats in now and thought I would add a couple more pictures to show the feel........ Thanks again for all your kind words......

They actually go REALLY well with the interior, like they were made to be there. The Monte Carlo was a nice touch, too. Very well done Gregg.
