Smile radioless in miami ~> I fixed `it : ) it's work'in : ) Thanks

i just got a 2000 pacecar, i'm inlove with it, but the seller changed the battery and when doing so, the radio stopped working. I'm guessing it must have fried a fuse but sopmeone told me i may have to reset the radio since it's somehow linked to the alarm system. any ideas? i'm new to this car and would very much like to jam in my groovey new vehicle.

Be more specific than "stopped working." Does it request an unlock password, only the buttons light up, or nothing works at all..?

nothing works at all, which is why i figure it's a messed up fuse. the previous owner said it stopped working when he got a new battery for the car. i normally buy nice systems for my car but i'm told that this radio has alot of functions for the car so i wanted to see it work before changing it. i haven't even owned this car for 24 hours, this is all new to me

i fixxed it, it was the fuse located on the passenger side which must have burnt out when the battery was changed.

***pizzarrhea thank you for your input, .

Glad 2 read that you found the problem & it was only a fuse.
