Ok guys I'm Kinda happy with my sound system witch consist of 2 kicker l7 on a 1500.1 kicker mono with 2 5way Kenwood 6x9s in back deck and and two Kenwood 3way 6/1 in front doors powered by a 400.4 kicker highs amp ...I wanna put 2 more 5ways in the back and that consist of cutting into my baby ...Im really caught between a bond cause I already got the other two and I really wanna put em in .....my question is ..would u guys cut into ur back deck .. :-( I don't know what to do ....

 

i would and have. i woulnt put in 4 speakers with out some steeling framing, your gonna end up with sag and vibrations. persoanly theirs no real gain to doing what your doing.

if your running what your running and still not happy. time to upgrade.

if you wanna upgrade your front stage, id get the scandavian 3 way setup. you said your running 3 way. we're talking about...800$ probobly to build the set, they dont sell it together you have to get peice by peice, tweeters, mids, mid woofer, cross over.

 

hheres are a good set of comp fronts for your front doors as replacments, 2 way comps which is what the car has stock, sound much better than coaxals w hich are what your running now i imagine. all that 3 way 6 way **** was from the 80;s we really dont run much above 3 way coaxals these days.

these are a really good set, their are many other options, imagine dynamic, kicker of course, Im a big fan of hybrid, focal is good, jbl (the 608gti mkii's are realllllly great amazing speakers) which can be had for around 220$ off ebay which is where i buy all my jbl gears :P
