Hey...Im pretty new to this forum, but I just sold my charger, to get the 07 SS...and everything is good right now, except that I dont know what color to get........should I do the black on black look with the chrome lips......or the dark blue with chrome rims....Or what would look good on this car????

i liked the black but you have to get the off set color on the bottom of it. they look nice all black but everyone has done it for so long. the other option wiht the silver rocker pannels etc.. seems to be harder to come by.

defently the crhome rims and black leatehr interior. but this is my 02 worth

 

i like the black on black...with chrome wheels...looks good...but i have a personal bias towards it lol

black car with silver body kit looks good too...but do something not everyone has and get a metalicy silver body kit done...dont just go plain grey if thats what your planing on doing...

but definetely chrome wheels

yeah agree after you saying it . buy black on black then take it in and have the body kit painted a diffrent color LOL

If you decide to go black on black, use some of the red hard plastic Chevy bow ties on the car. Like maybe one on the deck lid where the stock bow tie is. I know the red really set's the black car off in my opinion.

 

I don't think the "Dark Blue" colour is available on the SS model. I think they call it Imperial Blue, but the brochure shows it not available on the SS. I was considering that colour when I first heard about the new colours available for 07 but no dice on the SS.

I chose the Black Amythyst with Silver on the bottom mainly because it was different. They also have a new 07 colour called "Red Jewel Tintcoat", which sounds pretty good but this colour has an additional cost for it. I do like the black/silver combo, and had they not introduced the new 07 colours, that would have been my choice.

I personally am partial to the tu/tone paint schemes, I like the look, but I can honestly say, all Montes look good to me, its the car, not the colour.

 

Ditto REV on the two tone paints!! Love 'em.
