whats guy i have bought a jvc radio with this 100 dollars peace for it and my question is. how wire go where and when i do hook it up in have lights on the radio and everywhere but no sound someone help me out please need help this is not my first time and i bought the 100 dollar peace from best buy if that helps

 

First off, welcome to the forum. Please let us know more about what year Monte you are installing the radio in and then we can go from there.....

 

Welcome to the site. We have plenty of car audio members that will probably be able to help but they may need more info on what all you bought. Also what year and model is your monte.

Welcome to the Forum. Had the same problem installing my headunit. Realized there was a tiny switch on the bottom of the headunit to switch the output signal to factory speaker wires or to rca's which go to an amp. Had it set on going to the amp because I had a 4 channel in my explorer. Switched it over to stock speakers and it works great. Not sure if your stereo has the external outputs or not but I thought it'd be worth a shot.

You likely need the appropriate wiring harness & some butt-connectors ...
