ok guys i have a wiring harness and her factory radio has 2 plugs and i understand the wireing part but this harness i bought from bestbuy was 100$ AND it has some door carm thing and i have tried 2 differnt harsness one from walmart and the one i have now and neither one i get sounds so tell me what can it be

your chimes aren't working? what have you wired, what deck are hooking up, are you using afer market amps, are you using processing, what year is the car, what is the serial of the 2 harnesses you got, the one from best buy is RIGHT guarenteed. you only use one of the harnesses i believe, the other one was for the other car features but those are handled internaly with out a stock deck, you can manage the things it controled through your ignition switch and break pedel sequences.

 

Ok everything is factory and the amp and all the harness Idk it has a box and alot of wires the car is a 01 Monte Carlo as and I can't find a pic of the harness I got but some one just tell me what's wrong everything comes on and works but no sound

 

does the stereo have output to an amp? if so make sure the rca/amp output is turned off so its sending signal through the speaker wires..
