The location of your fuse box, should be in your owner's book.

I believe it's located on the lower section of your driver's side dash area.

Checking the fuse would be most logical thing to do first, if fuse is good you need to check for power, and ground at lighter unit. get a cheap test light and check for power in center of lighter without touching sides, test light connected to ground. if test light lights up you have power, and a bad lighter : (

Many auto supplies stores will check it free for you.
