Light Bulb Size Guide
Well it doesn't say that it is a headlight even though it is the right size. I feel like even though it is LED that it wouldn't be good as a headlight because it might not be bright enough or it might be too bright. I don't know but maybe someone else will.
im kinda curious. how many of yall 6th gen owners actually have a bulb in your glove box? and how many of yall have an ashtray?
my 04 ss has neither.
im still trying to decide if i want to change over to LEDs or not. i like the idea of brighter lights inside the car, but i really hate the fluorescent blue look of most LEDs.
are warm white LEDs any brighter than a regular bulb?
my 04 ss has neither.

I slide a piece of rubber hose onto the bulb, squeeze it just below the bulb (to create a vacuum) and pull.
893 bulbs work in fogs. They are 38 watts compared to 27 watts. I've been running them for 8 years with no problems, but I don't run the fogs lights when I'm in start & stop traffic only out on the open road. I bought nokya artic white and the light color matches my Silverstars pretty close. I think if you run them while not moving you could melt the plastic lens. My 04 SS also does not have a glovebox light.
Just wondering if any one has had good luck with the LED lights, best source for Quality? Can you rely on the ebay sellers from overseas or not? Just wondering I have purchased some bulbs at Wally world, and other chain Auto suppliers and they seem to burn out quicker than the ones I replaced, I go back to NAPA or GM and they last no problem, must be a quality thing? any opinions. Thanks for the info on the bulbs by the way.
