L.E.D. headlights?

they are not regular led's they are smd"new tech", and there are 18 on each bulb. and to godbot from what i heard projectors are the only legal way to run hid's, but they void warrenty. i have faith and im gonna give them a try. im basicly getting them for free thanks to "ebay bucks". i will send eagle eyes an email b4 ibuy, to ask about the lights spreading. i think one of the benifits of projectors, is beaming the light forward.

Yes, projectors are the only way to run HIDs but normal bulb projectors are different than HID projectors.


As for LED headlights the Lexus LS 600h / LS 600h L was the first production car to have them back in 2008, everything but the high beams and turn signals are LED lights. The 2008 V10 Audi R8 had full LED headlights except in North America. The 2009 Cadillac Escalade Platinum Edition is the first all-LED headlight setup here in the States. Output is supposed to be between normal and HID with new advances on the way to surpassing HID.
