key less lock

yesterday my keyless entry remote didnt work so, today i replaced the battery on the remote and it still isnt working. what could it be? any suggestions? thanks..

not sure on that one. but i know mine has no where near the distance it used to for even the panic button on it.
Would love to know how to get the distance back on it.

i'd say try reprogramming, if that doesnt do it go to a dealer and ask em to test your remote for signal. place i work keeps it in the parts dept. only takes a second to check it. but im sure they'll be tring to sell ya a new one if your remote is doa.

if you replaced the battery then it must be the module inside the car...go get her checked out @ the dealer...unfortunately i think they're the only ones that can check it...but it may be covered under warranty

i've only heard of 'a module' in the car ever being replaced where i work wiz, hundreds of remotes though.

thanks guys,
naw yeah i guess ill go get her checked at the dealer but only after i get tires. cuz at the dealer all they try ta do is screw you over.
