im hoping to be able to match you but what i really want it to take home a trophy and a nice check if you know what i mean
Honestly, I think you're going to have a hard time winning cash prizes with a setup like that. Having 6 subs puts you in a much higher class than the basic 2 subs in most every sanctioning body I've seen. Thats going to put you up against some very serious competition. When you're only running 2 subs, and they throw you in a basic 2-12" class- its very likely that most of the other competitors will just be normal daily setups, but in a 4+ sub class, you're gonna start getting into the really hardcore SPL setups.

I do think 145 db on a termlab may be a bit tough, but that sounds fairly realistic- I'd probably hope for low 140s, and if you do better- then just be happy. The new termlabs are just pretty tough mic's compared to the old stuff- so its much less common for normal street cars to break the 150 db area.

im running a sony 1000 watt amp to each pair with a capacitor in line for each of them
Any particular reason you decided to run separate caps, insteadof one larger one? Why did you decide to run a bunch of caps over just addinga 2nd battery? I figure for how much 3 caps cost, you could've picked up a decent 2nd battery for the setup and had way more storage.

Do you happen to know the RMS power those amps put out?

a 1000 amp tube fuse protecting each amp/cap pair. 6 guage wire at that.
I'm guessing you mean 100 amp fuse to each? How does that work exactly- did you run 3 separate power lines up to the battery with each fuse separate under the hood? I'm confused.

Also- did you run 3 separate shots of 6 gauge wire back there? I hope you didn't run a single shot of 6 gauge and then split it through 3 100 amp fuses, because 6 gauge cannot handle nearly that much current.

Lastly, I was just curious why you opted for 6 subs instead of 2 higher end subs in a much larger box? Not trying to knock your choice, its definitely different- and thats cool, but I just don't think it could ever get as loud as a 2 sub setup; theres just so much restriction on airspace.

i have a block under the hood, 1 0 guage in and the 3 6 guages out to each cap/amp combo.
