I was just wondering if anyone has the direct connect for the ipod for the Monte. This is the one where you can control your ipod thru your car stereo/steering wheel and it also shows the artist name and song title on the stereo screen. If anyone has this I want to hear what you think about it because I have been considering getting one for a while now.

 

A friend of mine has a 05 Chev Silverado. He has it installed in his turck and can controll it all by the deck. Here is what he has. It will prob be the same thing you need. Mind you that you have to find the one for your year.

There are some available at PAC to aftermarket head units. I got an alpine that was already set for it so it was a quick plug in there.

My steering wheel controls don't work yet though but I haven't played with the harness enough to find the problem.
