alright so after a few days of owning my car, i noticed it has a brand new interior LED under the driver side dash. question is.. how do i hook it up?? i bought a toggle switch, but still kinda confused..

 

Do you mean like a LED strip? Does it have leads?

 

yeah, just a strip. i think it has 1 wire going towards where the battery is, and two coming out the front. i havent looked at it much considering i dont know much about it.

 

Three wires total?

Maybe snap a picture for us if you can. It shouldn't be too hard to hook back up.

 

hmm. maybe thats a color changing strip and theirs a modual somwhere.

genraly giving em some voltage just turns em on, its a light bulb. nothing simpler.

 

its a green led strip. not color changing. i have a pic of the strip on my phone but cant figure out how to post.. the guy said there was one ground wire, and 2 coming out the front for the lights, hooking a toggle up to it didnt work so that means its not grounded.
