Default Interior LED Conversion

I got bored yesterday and spent about $40 on supplies and tools to convert every button and gauge in my car to red LED's. Took about 5 hours and 6 pack of cheap beer but i got it all done. I'll be posting pics of it once it gets dark.

If anyone is thinking of doing this to their monte, it's not too difficult, but it is extremely annoying and time consuming, if you got a short temper dont even mess with it. I almost broke my ac controls after 30 mins of trial an error to find the polarity because it was driving me insane lol

****ty cellphone pics make them look washed out and pink, but they're a tad bit brighter than the stock lighting, and a beautiful red.

They seem kind of dim on the door panel ones in that second picture? Also did you do your gauge cluster or just the steering wheel and the door panel and interior lights switch twist thing?

What all did you have to buy to do this? And where did you get the parts at?

I like the red. Something I've always liked about Pontiacs.

At first I wasnt sure if I liked the red in my GP but it grew on me after a while and now I love it to the point if I got a different car I would change it all to red. lol

Nice work! Some of those can be a real pain to change.
