Install a new stereo

I recently bought a 2000 monte carlo, and I was switching out stereos I bought a wiring harness and hooked everything up and nothing any ideas?

Careful this era Monte Carlo the controls for the Car all go thru the Radio and if you cut some wires or do other Mods to it you may have difficulty fixing some of the issues that show up. Major issues sometimes.
