How would you go about putting HIDs in a 1986 monte carlo that has sealed beams????? are there kits to do it?

Sure they do because they make conversion kits to swap to non-sealed beams. Bosch makes a kit for that.

Pilot/Bully makes one, shown here. I could get you one for $60 plus shipping, but most part stores can probably order it cheaper. Its nothing special - just sealed beam lenses with removeable bulbs. You's still need the HID conversion kit, which I hate selling because they are expensive and malfunctional. I guess it works out for some, but most that I know (who have installed HID conversion kits) have experienced complications, usually with other electrical problems.
