Oh I see. What's the difference between the 65W HID's, and the 100W HID's?

where do you see 65w and 100w?

ddm has 35w and 55w i believe, 100w sounds like youll probably need to upgrade all wiring, as far as higher wattage, the higher it is the brighter it will be but you also lose color, so for example, a 35w 8000k will look like a 55w 6000k kit but the 55w kit will be brighter.

Okay thank you! I think I'm going to go ahead and install both sets of HID's and just see what it looks like with the stock DRL.

I dont understand why people put HID's in a standard halogen reflector housing. The glare is ridiculous and anyone who says otherwise isnt being honest with themselves.

And fyi, around 5k gives off the brightest light output, anything over that is more for looks and wont be as bright

Well people put HID's in a standard housing because no one has made projectors for the sixth gen () and, frankly, people don't want to take the time, or exert the effort to make their own. Mostly because it's a long, tedious process that takes alot of skill. Refer to the videos posted earlier in this thread.

Thanks for the all the help, guys! HID's will be ordered tonight!

I know the agony of deciding HIDs. Near impossible to find red ones.
