Default HID Lookalike Bulbs for High Beams

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has found or can help me find a pair of 9005 high beam bulbs that would match 6000k 35w HIDs. The reason I'm not getting HIDs instead is simply that they have a reputation for being a bad idea in the high beams (with the DRLs and the switching on and off). Any positive experiences with those lookalike xenon bulbs?

I think there are a few brands that have those xenon bulbs, I've never tried them.

Let me check the brand I have, they arnt quiete as white as 6000k but they are the whitest iv seen. Unfortunatly as DRL's nothing Is gonna burn white like a 6000k except LED's (beacuse of the low voltage) but I have heard a lot of people say they don't need high beams with HID's and replace them with LED's for looks. LED's apear brighter but suck at lighting up the road. Try IJDMtoy's 9005 built in projector LED's in ultra white. They are an led bulb with a magnifier.

I would actually not like the LEDs. And my 6000k is slightly blue so anything like that is good

Blue is hard to do with halogen bulbs. The filiments burn yellow so tinting the glass blue makes a white. LED's is the only way your gonna get the color like that. There is some blue ones but they are very dim.

At that point I don't know which is dimer. Led's or the blue halogens. Possibly dis-able the DRL's and do HID's? that's another option.

I have the Blue/White low beams. I would love to find Blue/White hi beams and fogs. I think those along with the Black housing would look So cool!

Keane, if you can remember the brands you saw, that's be clutch.

JC, I have light blue 6000k in my lows and they look stellar. I'm liking for something to match that color in my highs. I hear putting HIDs in the highs demands a relay because they're trigger a High Beam Our message.

Idk if I really want to disable my DRLs because I like having lights go on when I start the car up instead of Hano always having to use the switch and I like lights on during the day too.
