Default HID Intensity Choice

Hey MCF, I need some help and opinions on choosing the temperature for the HID conversion kit I plan on purchasing from DDM Tuning.

For the most part, I want white, but the ever-so-slightest hint of blue would be okay because that might prevent so many blinding glares to others. I've heard that angling the light downwards helps keep cops off your back, can anyone back that up?

I'm stuck between 5000k and 6000k with the 35W Raptor conversion kit for the 9006 low beams. I plan on installing and putting in bluer fogs in the future, and my Monte is yellow if that sways any decisions :P

So...DDM experienced help me out! Thanks!

4300 is true white. I would stay as close to that number as possible.

Also, running HIDs without a projector is a jerk thing to do, no matter how you angle them
