Is it possible to put an HID kit on a 2006 Monte Carlo??? I've already changed my exterior and interior bulbsto LED bulbs, which I must say look AMAZING. But to complete the look I would really like an HID kit. My main concerns are that I don't want anything that's going to harm my wiring and I need to get a kit that works with DRL or figure out how to disabletheDRL.

Any ideasor does anybody here have HID on a 06 or 07 monte?

 

I've heard that the work, but can't remember who said that. Do you have any pictures of you LEDs? I would sure like to see how they look.

 

Personally, I HATE the DRL's, and would chech with BBEngineering on deleting them, if thats what you want. Here is his link:

God_Bot - I don't have any pictures of the LED's but I can take some and try to post them. You really should look into getting some, I think they look awesome. I've purposly not said anything to my friends to see how many of them notice.

RocknSS04 - I checked that site and they don't have the harness for the 06 Monte yet. But I'm sure there is one out there some where for me. I also heard that you can take your car to the dealer and sign a release and they can reprogram the BCM to have the DRL's always off. Have you heard of that??? Do you know of anybody who has a 06/07 Monte or Impala with an HID kit on it?

 

i'd like to know if its possible to get hid's for my older monte...or even halos
